As the hot water ran over her long blond hair Sophie thought about the day, about her life, and her friends. There was Jessie, with her light brown hair and freckles, shy at first and very sweet. She was very level headed and seemed to always be impossibly calm all the time. Then there was Stephanie, the exact opposite, she had short red hair that bobbed in curls around her shoulders. She was energetic and bubbly, always ready to jump into the action. Then of course Hannah, totally sweet and always wishing she could fly away in the wind.
The water bubbled over Sophie's shoulders and slid down her arms running
getting my feelings downI'm trying to blink back these tears i'm trying not to crygetting my feelings down
to hold it together to be strong as that familiar feeling wells in my chest for no reason at all and i don't understand why this is happening
but it happens and i stay strong because i need to but i am week inside
so what will happen when it does matter
